                OR Circulator      

  • Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
  • After hours call to include weekdays / weekends / holidays
  • Experience as an Operating Room Circulating Nurse (RN) is required.
  • BLS, ACLS required



RN – Medical / Surgical


  • Full-time and PRN
  • Medical / surgical RN experience preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS required


Surgical Technologist


  • Full-time position; Monday through Friday
  • After hours call to include weekdays / weekends / holidays
  • 2 years experience as a Surgical Technologist required
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
  • BLS required


            Pre-Op / PACU position

  • Full-time position
  • Preioperative nursing experience preferred
  • BLS / ACLS required



Materials Manager – Full-time


  • Interviews vendors, secures bids, selects suppliers, places orders for equipment, services, and special requisitions, and deliver supplies received.
  • Ensures the best possible terms for PMC by routinely and formally requesting bids on supplies and negotiating for guaranteed prices from selected vendors.
  • Maintains updated references, quotes, and catalog files and researches new products, services, and vendors.
  • Assures all departments throughout PMC are continually supplied with necessary materials, monitors these areas to prevent unnecessary or inefficient stockpiling or supplies, and reports all discrepancies.
  • Maintains records, reports, and files for department.
  • Establishes and works with staff and physicians to ensure consistency of quality for new products/equipment purchased for PMC.
  • Maintain supplies/inventory at all economic levels consistent with sound business practice within existing space constraints.
  • Develop and maintain computerized database on vendors and supplies for purposes of inventory control and generating management reports.
  • Assists administration in developing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Attends in-service and other meetings to keep current on organizational activities and materials management trends.
  • Takes responsibility for personal continuing education/developmental needs.
  • Maintains strictest patient confidentiality.
  • Approaches interpersonal relationships in a manner which avoids antagonism, reduces conflict, and prevents undue anxiety.
  • Responsible for coordinating quarterly inventory.
  • Responsible for matching packing slips, and purchase order documents for submission to assistant administrator for coding and approval.
  • Any other tasks to maintain a safe healthcare environment and contribute to hospital cost efficiency.



  • Minimum of two years of materials management experience, including three years in health care organization
  • Computer skills and knowledge of computer systems
  • Knowledge of medical material management practices involved with purchasing, distribution, and storage
  • Skill in gathering and analyzing information
  • Skill in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, vendors, and external agencies
  • Ability to communicate clearly
